This fan shroud utilizes the OEM S4 main fan (8E0-959-455-P; 8E0959455F) and has a cutout for a 10" aftermarket auxiliary fan.

 

It includes the shroud with rivnuts installed for the main fan, 4 rivnuts not installed for the aux fan, a foam seal around the perimeter of the shroud to seal the shroud to the radiator and mitigate unwanted contact between the shroud and the delicate parts of the radiator, and installation hardware.

 

Optional is a harness to be crimped onto the aux fan pigtail to make it plug into the OEM fan control module.
