Z33 Aluminum Core Support Proto #5

This is a working prototype, meaning fitment is not perfect and it may have scratches from installation but is otherwise a useable product.

This Prototype includes the base unit, the street hood latch bracket, the lower cross bar, various radiator mounts, and the low-profile washer tank making use of a single washer pump (washer pump not included).

An aluminum core support to replace the OEM fiber-plastic unit. This offers more rigidity and flexibility for mounting auxiliary or aftermarket components, offers more room for service work under the hood, and drastically improves the appearance of your build.

The base unit is laser cut from 5052 aluminum. All of the forming is done with CNC equipment, and it is TIG welded. It comes with interchangeable radiator mounts that fit the OEM radiator and can be replaced with mounts to fit other radiators or move the radiator to an alternative location. It comes with hardware to attach the components where the OEM hardware does not suffice, all other bolted connections should be made using the OEM hardware.

The hood latch bracket allows the utilization of the OEM hood latch mechanism while occupying the least amount of space possible to provide room for various engine swaps. It comes with the bracket, braces, and hardware to attach the components where the OEM hardware does not suffice, all other bolted connections should be made using the OEM hardware.

Installation is similar to that of the OEM unit.
